Okay, good water.
The cafe is next to Quan Bui restaurant and has shared motorbike parking with a security guard to guide customers. The cafe is small but the space is nice, not cramped and not too cold.
Drinks range from 55-70, cakes including croffees are all 69. I found the quality to be okay for the price, and it suited my taste. The cakes are freshly made, so there's a wait of about 10-15 minutes.
I brought quite a lot of things, so the staff even set up an extra table for me. Service is a 10/10! 🥹
Good establishment, we ordered too much but the food was good.
This is a personal opinion, of course. The manager was very kind and took good care of us, and the portions were generous.
